We ARE looking for properties or situations that maybe aren't a good fit for the MLS, either because of condition, closing timeline, owner doesn't want to go through the typical process of preparing a property for listing, open houses, etc. A tired landlord that just wants to be done with a property. There are so many situations or circumstances that Owners find themselves in that it's impossible to list them all here.
